'Tis the Season

'Tis the Season image

We first began presenting our annual holiday show, 'Tis the Season , over 10 years ago. It became an instant hit back in November of 1994, and we've been offering it every Christmas season since.

Why has this show run for so long? More than any other holiday show I've seen or presented, this one ties together the themes of Christmas - evergreens, light, and Santa Claus, among many others - in a way that anyone, regardless of age or religious belief, can understand and appreciate. And the soundtrack is wonderful: Noah Adams of NPR uses his low-key but no-nonsense voice to trace the origins of holiday traditions. In the background, Geodesium offers beautiful space-music versions of classic holiday tunes.

Got the Christmas blues? Chase them away with 'Tis the Season.
